JadeBRANGHAMSadly on the 16th December our beautiful daughter Jade Brangham passed away after a long battle with illness.
Loving mother to Taylor and Morgan, daughter in-law Rebecca, sister Keira and brothers Scott and Cahal. Rest safely in your mother's arms. You will be forever loved and sadly missed by family and friends.
Funeral to be held at Thornhill Crematorium on Monday 19th January at 12:30.
Family flowers only, donations to Maggie's Support Centre Velindre Hospital would be appreciated.
